Individualized Personal Training

Instructor guides a single individual through a planned and coordinated workout session to achieve their individual goals.

Baseball/Softball Hitting & Fielding Training

1-on-1 Training Sessions

Former Professional Baseball Player, Tony Allen, offers hitting instruction to help baseball and softball players take their hitting and fielding to the next level.

Softball Pitching Instruction

1-on-1 Sessions

High Performance Pitching Certified Instructor, Tony Allen, offers 1-on-1 pitching instruction to those who are looking to maximize their potential and opportunities in the round circle.

Group Sessions

 Scheduled  Training Classes

Bring your own group
(3-5 athletes)

Athletes will be training with a group of other participants, all together doing the same exercise routines that are assigned and demonstrated by the lead instructor.
*Age range 7 and up*
*Athletes will have 1 hour sessions with others in their age range and/or athletic ability*

Sport specific team training programs designed to meet the specific needs of your team based on their sport, age, experience, skill level and training goals!  Programs are designed in regards to the athletes being in-season or off-season

About Tony Allen

Understanding athletic development and what it takes to compete at the highest level takes unique perspective and experience.  Tony brings together the experience  of playing at the highest level in high school (state championships), college (College World Series Championship), and at the professional level.  He combines this with certifications in the fitness and exercise physiology to produce the finest and most effective training programs in hitting, pitching and overall athletic development.

~1993 WV All-State Baseball Team
~1994 Captain of the WV All-State Baseball Team
~ West Virginia High School State Baseball Champion (92 & 93)
~Drafted out of Jefferson High School by Milwaukee Brewers
~Starting left fielder for the National Champion Potomac State College
~Signed Professional baseball contract  after one year of college baseball
